The terms for using this website

Plain terms for the vcms.au website. They do not cover a VCMS subscription — that runs under a separate agreement between AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD and the organisation that signs it.

01

Who this is

This website is operated by AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD ("AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD", "we", "us"), the operator of VCMS. By browsing this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, the only instruction we can give is not to use the site — there is no account to opt out of and nothing to cancel.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and any dispute about them is to be dealt with in an Australian court of competent jurisdiction.

02

What this website is

This is a static marketing site: pages describing VCMS, a form to request a demo, and the legal pages you are reading now. It carries no sign-in, no tenant data and no connection to a running deployment — see the platform README's own description of the separation, which this site enforces at build time rather than by policy alone.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to supply VCMS. A quote, a proposal or an order takes effect only once both sides sign it; browsing this website, requesting a demo, or receiving a reply from us does not, on its own, create a contract for the platform.

03

Accuracy, and what to rely on

We try to keep every feature description on this site accurate to what VCMSactually does — the build itself checks that no fabricated claim, customer, figure or certification appears here. Even so, this website is provided for general information and is not a specification. If a capability matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing or see it on a call before relying on it.

Nothing in this clause limits any guarantee the Australian Consumer Law gives you that cannot be excluded — see clause 07.

04

Using this website

You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaches an Australian law, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) if you send us anything, or the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)'s computer-offence provisions;
  • probe, scan or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or any system behind it;
  • scrape or bulk-harvest content from the site, or interfere with its normal operation, including by overloading it with automated requests; or
  • submit the demo-request form with false contact details or on behalf of someone who did not ask you to.
05

The demo form, and anything else you send us

What you type into the demo-request form is used to reply to you and nothing else — it is not shared or sold, and it is described in full on the privacy page, which this clause defers to rather than repeats. Where the form is not connected to a mailbox for a given deployment of this site, it opens a pre-filled email in your own mail client instead, and nothing is stored.

Do not send us anything through the form that you do not want us to have in order to reply to you — in particular, do not include anyone else's personal information without their agreement.

06

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and the VCMS name and logo on this site belong to AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD or are used under licence, except where stated otherwise. You may view and print pages of this site for your own personal or internal business use in considering VCMS — nothing here otherwise gives you a licence to reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from this site's content, source or design.

Other product and company names mentioned on this site may be the trade marks of their respective owners, referenced only to describe how VCMS interoperates with them, not to claim endorsement by them.

07

Liability, and what we cannot limit

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where the law in your circumstances is the Australian Consumer Law, it gives you consumer guarantees — including that services will be provided with due care and skill — that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, and nothing in these terms attempts to do so.

To the extent the law does allow it, and other than for those non-excludable guarantees, AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD excludes all conditions and warranties not expressly stated here, and our liability arising from your use of this website is limited, at our election, to resupplying the information or service or to the cost of doing so.AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a service you access via a link from this site but which we do not operate.

08

Links to other sites

A link from this site to another one is provided for convenience. We do not review, control or endorse the content of a site we do not operate, and a link is not a statement that we do.

09

If VCMS is already running at your organisation

These terms cover this website only. If your organisation runs VCMS, your use of the platform itself — as an administrator, a visitor or a contractor — is governed by the agreement your organisation signed with AIIDA GROUP PTY LTD and by the policies that organisation sets for its own site, not by this page. If you are looking for how your personal information is handled inside a running deployment, start with the privacy page, which covers both this website and the platform.

10

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the site or the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the one to check; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the version in force at the time.
