Discounted VCMS
for schools and NGOs

Schools and NGOs have the same duty as anyone else to know who is on their sites, and usually fewer people and less budget to carry it. As part of our corporate social responsibility, Aiida Group offers VCMS to these two kinds of organisation at a discount. Tell us about yours and we will send you a quote.

Our commitment
put into practice

Software that keeps an accurate record of who is on site is usually built and priced with large enterprises in mind. Schools and NGOs often have the most to protect — children, clients, volunteers — and the least room in the budget for it. So we price it differently for them.

Discounted pricing

Eligible schools and NGOs are offered VCMS at a discounted rate. Your quote sets out exactly what that means for your organisation.

The same platform

Not a cut-down edition. You run on the same VCMS as everyone else, with the same security and the same audit trail underneath it.

A person, not a pricing page

Every request is read by someone on our team, who comes back to you with a quote shaped around your sites.

Who it is for

Two kinds of organisation

The program is open to schools and NGOs only. Keeping it to these two is what lets us give every request proper attention.

Schools

Parents, volunteers, visiting staff and contractors all come through the same front office, often during the school day. A school needs to know who is on campus, why, and who let them in.

NGOs and not-for-profits

Volunteers who change week to week, visitors to community sites, and contractors doing the maintenance. The duty of care is the same as a larger organisation’s, and the team looking after it is usually smaller.

SchoolsGovernment, Catholic and independent schools, and early learning centres. A single campus or several.
NGOsRegistered charities and not-for-profit organisations, whether you run one community site or a network of services.
Not sure?Request a quote anyway and tell us about your organisation. If it does not fit the program, we will say so plainly.
How it works

From request to first check-in

The first step takes minutes on your side. The rest we do with you.

  1. 01
    Request

Fill in the form below. It takes a few minutes, and asking commits you to nothing.

  2. 02
    Review

A person reads your request and confirms your organisation is a school or an NGO.

  3. 03
    Quote

We send you a discounted quote for your organisation, and talk it through with you if you want.

  4. 04
    Set up

If you go ahead, your sites are configured and your staff are shown how to run reception and the roster.

  5. 05
    Go live

Start with one site. The record of who came and went builds from the first check-in.

Questions

Asked about the program

It depends on your organisation: how many sites you run, who comes onto them, and what you need first.

Rather than publish one fixed rate, we work it out with each organisation and put it in writing in your quote.
